About the role

As a Logistics Team Leader, you will be the heart of daily operations at our fulfillment center. You will coach, motivate, and support a team of shoppers to ensure smooth warehouse processes and high-quality service. You will work closely with other team leaders and shift management to achieve daily goals while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of 20+ warehouse employees.
• Collaborate with other team leaders and shift management to proactively control processes.
• Ensure all orders are dispatched on time, safely, and in high quality.
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve logistics processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for your team and support their professional development.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in logistics, hospitality, gastronomy, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in team leadership or a similar management position in logistics
