Founder's Associate

About the role

The Founder's Associate will work directly with the founders to turn company priorities into well-run projects. This hands-on role involves bringing analysis, structure, and follow-through to commercial, recruiting, and operational initiatives. The successful candidate will move between research, decision-making, and execution to support the company's mission.

Responsibilities

• Scope projects with the founders, define outcomes, and establish plans with clear milestones and dependencies.
• Research markets, customers, and competitors to provide concise recommendations for resource allocation.
• Support commercial execution through account research, opportunity analysis, and meeting preparation.
• Support recruiting priorities through candidate research, hiring materials, and process improvements.
• Improve operational workflows, document approaches, and establish ownership for long-term sustainability.
