About the role

As a Logistics Team Lead, you will be the heart of daily operations at our fulfillment center in Herne. You will coach, motivate, and support a team of over 20 warehouse employees to ensure daily goals are met while maintaining a positive and productive work environment. You will work closely with other team leads and shift management to optimize processes and ensure high-quality, timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of 20+ warehouse employees.
• Act as the primary point of contact for your team and support their professional development.
• Collaborate with other team leads and shift management to proactively steer fulfillment center processes.
• Ensure all orders are processed safely, on time, and with high quality.
• Contribute ideas for process optimization and encourage team participation in improvements.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in logistics, hospitality, gastronomy, or a related field
• 1 year of professional experience in team leadership or a similar management position in logistics
