Staff Product Manager, SEO and AI Visibility

About the role

Luxury Presence is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the SEO and AI visibility strategy for a platform supporting over 20,000 real estate websites. You will own the product roadmap for organic discovery, ensuring that client sites are optimized for both human visitors and AI search agents. This role involves setting technical standards, driving experimentation, and building scalable solutions that impact thousands of domains simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for organic discovery and AI visibility across the platform.
• Manage technical foundations including crawlability, indexation, rendering, structured data, and page performance.
• Productize recurring issues through automation, shared capabilities, and improved platform defaults.
• Define how client brands and expertise are measured and represented across AI answer engines.
• Run a rigorous experimentation program to establish incremental impact across representative cohorts of sites.
• Oversee migration quality and regression prevention through automated checks and clear acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure search is integrated into the platform architecture from the start.
