The position involves managing team performance, fostering client relationships, and driving operational excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop search teams, including capacity planning and recruitment support.
- Develop advanced search strategies aligned with business goals, KPIs, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Oversee operational quality, including data integrity, financial accuracy, and campaign management.
- Develop thought leadership content and case studies to promote holistic search practices.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with client requirements and contractual agreements.

Qualifications
