About the role
As a Biddable Director, you will provide strategic leadership within the Media Activation team, driving excellence across Paid Search and Paid Social for key clients. This role involves leading and developing activation teams, cultivating strong client and supplier relationships, and defining advanced biddable strategies that align with business objectives. You will ensure optimal campaign performance and data integrity while weaving biddable strategies into overall cross-channel campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development to direct Biddable activation teams.
- Develop and lead advanced Biddable strategies for client portfolios aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
- Oversee operational excellence, including financial accuracy, data integrity, and end-to-end campaign management.
- Act as a key biddable point-of-contact for clients and manage team members to deliver consistently across campaigns.
- Drive innovation by building annual learning agendas and comprehensive test plans for assigned portfolios.
- Act as an escalation point for activation issues, troubleshooting, and resolving conflicts.
