About the role
The Manager, Product Marketing will lead product marketing for an assigned product area, translating technical capabilities into clear value for merchants. This role involves owning go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and messaging to ensure products are well understood and adopted. The position requires close collaboration with Product and Commercial teams to integrate capabilities into broader performance-led narratives.
Responsibilities
- Lead product marketing for an assigned product area and key products as the portfolio expands.
- Own the execution of go-to-market initiatives across launches, feature rollouts, and adoption programs.
- Develop clear and differentiated messaging that connects product capabilities to meaningful merchant outcomes.
- Collaborate with relevant Product Marketing Managers to ensure alignment across narratives, campaigns, and value propositions.
- Deliver product marketing campaigns across channels in coordination with digital, brand, and regional teams.
- Create collateral to support commercial teams in communicating product value to merchants.
- Track performance across initiatives and use data to identify opportunities for optimization.
