About the role

The BDH-Klinik Vallendar is seeking an IT application support specialist to manage and support their hospital information system. This role acts as a bridge between project management and clinical users, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the interface between project management and key users by coordinating requirements and managing the ticket system
• Serve as a primary contact for IT-related questions regarding ongoing projects
• Create and optimize SQL queries to support data management
• Provide daily support to users and key users, including training, documentation, and form design
• Assist the department with general tasks and participate in a limited on-call rotation
