Applied AI Engineer

About the role

You will build agents that run real parts of the business, taking on actual work and improving based on results. You will work within Marketing Engineering, forward-deployed to growth pods to identify problems and own end-to-end solutions. The role focuses on making AI agents reliable, measurable, and safe for business use.

Responsibilities

• Build agents using the company platform, orchestration tools, and frontier models.
• Identify and solve problems within growth pods.
• Ensure AI agents are reliable, measurable, and safe for business operations.
• Ship production systems starting from vague problem definitions.
• Evaluate LLM performance and identify failure points.
