Transformation Analyst

About the role

The Transformation Analyst supports the delivery of pilots and transformation projects across the NHS by working with clients to transform care delivery through the Accurx product suite. This role involves managing small to medium scale pilots, supporting senior managers on strategic projects, and helping NHS teams adopt new technologies. The analyst will capture user feedback, analyze outcomes, and contribute to the development of repeatable transformation playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium scale pilots for products like Scribe, Patient Triage and Neighbourhoods, from planning and onboarding through to tracking progress, evaluating outcomes and building the evidence for wider adoption.
• Develop trusted relationships with NHS teams, becoming a reliable point of contact throughout delivery, while supporting Managers and Senior Managers to engage senior stakeholders and navigate more complex projects.
• Deliver engaging demos and training, create clear and user-friendly resources, and help teams confidently adopt Accurx products and embed them into their day-to-day workflows.
• Capture feedback, understand user pain points and analyse pilot outcomes to surface insights that improve how we deliver transformation, inform our products and support future pilots, proposals and wider rollouts.
• Share learnings, contribute to playbooks and best practices, and work closely with teams across Accurx to turn successful approaches into repeatable ways of delivering change across the NHS.
