About the role
The Technical CRM Specialist will support the CRM team in delivering a customer-centric, automated experience across email, SMS, and messaging channels. This role involves managing data and systems, maintaining compliance, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure effective campaign delivery. You will work cross-functionally with analytics, product, and technology teams to drive growth through data-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Act as an internal SME for CRM-related systems
- Manage all data and compliance activities across CRM systems
- Support the CRM team with troubleshooting, training, and complex journey builds
- Manage new IP warm-ups and perform QA for data-related changes and system updates
- Monitor customer interactions and troubleshoot automation, journey, and HTML rendering issues
- Develop new HTML modules and launch SMS and WhatsApp campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Develop and manage campaign audiences
