Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruiting for SRLabs and various Allurity sister companies to cover a parental leave. This role involves sourcing technical talent, coordinating interview processes, and collaborating with hiring managers across multiple organizations. The position is a fixed-term contract for approximately 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for open roles at SRLabs and selected Allurity sister companies.
• Write and post compelling job ads and screen applications.
• Coordinate interview loops and maintain candidate communication.
• Proactively source candidates for technical roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and local market context.
• Maintain ATS data and track recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks.
