Chief of Staff to the CEO – Focus Finance

About the role

Impower is seeking a Chief of Staff with a focus on Finance to report directly to the CEO and support the management team. This role involves driving strategic growth, managing financial topics, and optimizing internal processes to support the company's rapid scaling. The successful candidate will act as a key sparring partner, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic growth and financial projects from conception to implementation.
• Support the CEO and management team with internal strategy, operational optimization, and market analysis.
• Build financial models, business plans, and forecasts to provide clear recommendations.
• Analyze and professionalize accounting processes using modern technology.
• Introduce and track the OKR process and prepare Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Monitor key SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV, and the Rule of 40.
