Manager FP&A

About the role

Limehome is seeking a driven and analytically strong Manager FP&A to join their Finance team. The role focuses on strengthening financial stewardship through budgeting, planning, analysis, reporting, and business partnering while building analytical rigor and automation to support scaling operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process ensuring bottom-up planning is executed with rigor.
• Prepare and analyze consolidated cash flow forecasts to deepen understanding of liquidity needs and spending patterns.
• Build and maintain property-level and business-line analysis to provide financial insights for leadership.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of investor reporting deliverables and compliance with lender requirements.
• Identify and implement reporting automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
• Cooperate with key stakeholders for regular business reviews and analyze financial performance against plans.
• Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of treasury software solutions and optimize cash management tooling.
