About the role

You will build the Command Centre, the interface used by operators to monitor robots and cameras, make critical decisions, and task fleets. This role combines engineering and design, requiring you to shape workflows, prototype, test with operators, and ship production code. You will collaborate with full-stack and vision engineers to create high-performance, real-time interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Develop operator interfaces for live video, site maps, and robot alerts.
  • Design and implement alert triage flows for evidence, context, and robot dispatch.
  • Create interfaces for natural language fleet tasking and planning visualization.
  • Build and maintain a design system to ensure product consistency.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate based on operator feedback.
  • Optimize performance for real-time data streams across multiple sites.
