Head of Finance & Controlling

About the role

The Head of Finance & Controlling will lead finance and accounting processes while providing strategic financial insights to support business decision-making. This role involves managing budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, as well as acting as a finance business partner to executives. You will oversee international financial structures and drive initiatives for cost efficiency and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage finance and accounting processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop budgeting, forecasting, and plan-versus-actual analyses to monitor revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Create management reports and KPIs to identify risks and actionable business opportunities.
• Act as a finance business partner to executives and team leads for business cases and investment decisions.
• Coordinate financial processes across international locations including Germany, the USA, and Singapore.
• Lead the operational accounting team and drive the implementation of new ERP systems and process automation.
