Founder's Associate

About the role

As a Founder's Associate, you will report directly to the CEO and work on a wide range of strategic and operational tasks to support the company's growth. This role is highly malleable and involves everything from sales and marketing to hiring and fundraising, requiring you to solve complex problems and drive business outcomes. You will act as a high-leverage partner to the CEO, managing critical projects and ensuring the business operates with efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and follow-ups for high-stakes meetings with industrial partners.
• Improve and automate internal processes such as customer feasibility assessments and stakeholder account mapping.
• Manage complex legal and partnership negotiations to drive favorable outcomes.
• Coordinate executive round-tables and high-level industry engagement events.
• Identify and execute on high-value marketing and hiring channels.
• Proactively identify business blockers and implement solutions to resolve them.
