Operations & Strategy Intern

About the role

The Operations & Strategy Intern will join the core operations team to solve real-world problems across private market investing. You will support process execution, improvement, and scaling within either the Fund Administration or Venture Operations focus areas. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced FinTech environment while contributing to the development of integrated fund infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate investor support, client onboarding, and document preparation for fund transitions
• Map fund structures and troubleshoot operational issues to ensure scalable onboarding
• Manage investor onboarding, investment documentation, and capital calls for venture operations
• Focus on process efficiency and end-to-end automation of deal execution across jurisdictions
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support operational workflows
