About the role

Picnic is looking for a Graduate Teamlead for their Last Mile hub in Wolfsburg. You will manage the daily operations of the distribution center, lead and develop your team of drivers, and ensure that logistics processes run efficiently to meet customer delivery windows.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and develop your team of drivers.
• Manage shift schedules and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee the arrival of goods from the fulfillment center and organize replenishment when necessary.
• Monitor operational KPIs to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate with the customer success team and other hubs to maintain service quality.
• Ensure timely departures of delivery vehicles to meet customer time windows.
• Propose and implement improvements for hub layout, vehicle maintenance, and recruitment processes.
