Manager - Data Integration

About the role

The Data Integration Manager will lead a team of four to structure and industrialize data integration systems, ensuring the reliability and quality of data from delegates. This role involves managing the transition to the Seyna application, defining integration standards, and collaborating with technical and business teams to align data with operational needs. You will be responsible for coaching your team, managing broker relationships, and driving cross-functional projects in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Industrialize the integration system by piloting the transition to the Seyna application and eliminating manual processes.
• Define and maintain data integration standards for bordereaux, balancing quality and delivery timelines.
• Manage and coach a team of data integration managers, including operational rituals and workload distribution.
• Lead the relationship with technical teams to prioritize application evolutions and prevent ad hoc solutions.
• Ensure business continuity by enforcing documentation standards and anticipating critical dependencies.
• Structure service relationships with internal teams such as actuarial, accounting, and client performance to align data with business requirements.
