About the role

Veriff is seeking a People Partner to join their global team and provide strategic support to Engineering and Product leaders. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to help build high-performing, engaged, and resilient teams while connecting global people strategy with local execution. The successful candidate will drive organizational growth and culture by empowering leaders and ensuring employees are well-supported.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a trusted thought partner to business leaders, influencing decisions that shape organizational design, talent, culture, and performance.
• Leading and supporting change management initiatives, including restructures, leadership transitions, and policy updates.
• Collaborating on talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce optimization, ensuring readiness for future growth.
• Coaching managers on effective performance management and employee engagement strategies.
• Serving as a key contact for employee relations and complex case management, ensuring fairness and compliance with European labor laws.
• Driving employee engagement initiatives, leveraging insights from surveys and feedback loops to improve the employee experience.
• Translating people metrics into actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications
