Senior People Partner, UK & I

About the role

Legora is seeking a Senior People Partner to act as the strategic owner of the people agenda for a function supporting UK and Ireland teams. You will partner with senior leadership to drive organizational design, performance, accountability, and culture during a period of rapid scaling. This role involves translating business priorities into a forward-looking people agenda while collaborating with global Centers of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own the people strategy for your function and translate business priorities into a forward-looking people agenda
• Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and scaling decisions
• Coach leaders on performance, accountability, feedback, and change management
• Act as a strategic partner through growth, reorganizations, and organizational change
• Monitor organizational health and culture, flagging risks early
• Partner with Compensation & Benefits on levelling and compensation reviews
• Serve as the key connection point between your function and the broader People organization
