People Partner - Engineering, Product, Design

About the role

The People Partner will act as a strategic advisor to the Engineering, Product, and Design leadership teams at Lovable. This role involves driving organizational design, talent planning, and manager effectiveness while implementing AI-enabled workflows to support a high-growth technical organization. You will serve as a trusted partner to leaders, helping to scale operations across London and Stockholm.

Responsibilities

• Build deep partnerships with EPD leaders to advise on team design, leadership effectiveness, and talent density.
• Experiment with and implement AI-enabled workflows to increase operational velocity and manager enablement.
• Partner with Finance and Recruiting to manage workforce planning, reporting lines, and role definitions.
• Manage the quarterly Signal Review performance cycle end-to-end for the EPD organization.
• Identify team-level patterns and flight risks using qualitative and quantitative people data.
• Handle complex employee relations, including performance improvement plans, investigations, and terminations.
• Coach technical leaders on feedback, accountability, and team health.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Engineering, Product, Design, or Research organizations
