About the role

You will support the implementation of the proALPHA ERP system and subsequently manage its administration and further development. You will analyze requirements from various departments to optimize business processes and ensure the smooth operation of the system. Additionally, you will coordinate external partners and provide support and training to users.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of proALPHA and manage its ongoing administration and development
• Analyze requirements from departments and optimize existing processes
• Manage interfaces to other systems, particularly BDE and MDE
• Support and train users and key users to ensure smooth system operation
• Coordinate external partners and create technical documentation, evaluations, and reports

Qualifications
