Werkstudent IT Operations – SysOps, Client Management & Software

About the role

As a student assistant, you will support our IT team in the daily operations of an international software company. Your focus will be on system operations, device management, and software deployment while collaborating with internal departments and external service providers. You will also gain insights into our information security management processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the operation and monitoring of IT systems and analyze technical issues.
• Assist in the setup, management, and updating of laptops, user accounts, and work environments.
• Support the deployment, configuration, and updating of applications and maintain software and license inventories.
• Handle IT support requests, document solutions, and coordinate with external IT service providers.
• Participate in technical improvements, system migrations, and the automation of recurring tasks.
• Assist in maintaining IT documentation, policies, and evidence for information security management.
