Senior People & Culture Business Partner

About the role

As a Senior People Business Partner, you will enable leaders to build high-performing teams to help the company scale and accelerate the energy transition. You will own leader relationships across the organization, foster a genuine performance culture, and grow leadership capabilities within a fast-moving scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Own a broad portfolio of leader relationships across functions and levels.
• Translate business context into people priorities including org questions, team dynamics, and capability gaps.
• Lead the rollout and execution of the performance cycle and build a culture of ongoing feedback.
• Co-own and grow the leadership development offer and design pragmatic interventions for capability gaps.
• Partner on organizational design, headcount decisions, and role scoping.
• Use AI to redesign and automate People & Culture processes and operations.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of business partnering experience at the leadership level
