HR Generalist - EMEA

About the role

The HR Generalist will support the growing EMEA organization by managing day-to-day administration of benefits, employment documents, and contracts. This role is designed for an early-career professional to gain experience in a world-class People function at a fast-growing technology company. You will act as a key point of contact for employees and contribute to building a strong company culture.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate employee benefits across EMEA countries, serving as the first point of contact for employee questions.
• Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve documentation workflows, and free up time for high-impact work.
• Draft, manage, and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documents with high accuracy.
• Maintain and update employee data in Workday to ensure records are accurate and compliant.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes across the EMEA region to ensure a smooth experience.
• Plan and execute team events, office activations, and company-wide culture initiatives.
• Drive culture projects and help build a strong sense of community across a distributed team.
• Partner with the global People team to roll out programs and provide regional context.
