About the role
The Pauli Gruppe is seeking a reliable Payroll Specialist to manage monthly payroll processing and operational HR administration. This role involves maintaining personnel records, handling documentation for authorities, and supporting the professionalization and digitalization of HR processes. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll while contributing to the development of internal HR structures.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute monthly payroll and salary accounting.
- Maintain and control personnel master data.
- Process entries, exits, absences, and vacation records.
- Manage certifications and reports for health insurance and government agencies.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries.
- Coordinate with tax advisors and external partners.
- Draft employment contracts, amendments, and work references.
