Senior Controller / FP&A Manager

About the role

As part of the newly established Group FP&A team, you will play a central role in group-wide financial management. You will combine classic FP&A tasks with business performance management, strategic analysis, and the development of modern finance processes. You will work closely with the holding company, local finance teams, and operational management to drive projects from conception to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for budget, rolling forecast, and medium-term planning processes.
• Management of group-wide monthly closing and performance review processes.
• Development and advancement of reporting for CEO, CFO, management, and shareholders.
• Development and harmonization of group-wide KPIs and value driver trees.
• Creation of business cases, scenario analyses, and decision templates for management.
• Advancement of the data warehouse and reporting solutions like LucaNet.
• Identification and implementation of automation and AI use cases in FP&A.
