Commercial Finance Controller

About the role

As a Commercial Finance Controller, you will manage the high-growth Membership and Consumer Finance divisions, providing transparency on growth, profitability, and cash requirements. You will act as a sparring partner for management and departments, developing business models through sound analysis, business cases, and clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial support to Membership and Consumer Finance divisions and advise management on steering-related issues.
• Manage budget, forecast, and multi-year planning, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash planning.
• Develop financial and operational steering with a focus on growth, revenue, margin, and profitability.
• Analyze key value drivers such as new customers, pricing, acquisition costs, and retention.
• Manage financing volumes, receivables, unit economics, and contribution margins.
• Create business cases, scenario, and sensitivity analyses for new products and growth initiatives.
• Prepare management and board reporting with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications
