Social Media Manager / Online Marketing Manager

About the role

Schweinebraten IT is seeking a Social Media Manager to increase brand visibility and expand reach across digital channels. You will manage social media content from ideation to analysis, working closely with the founder to translate complex topics like data protection, IT, and AI into engaging content. This role involves managing editorial calendars, supporting video production, and fostering community interaction.

Responsibilities

• Planning and maintaining the editorial calendar for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Creating posts and thumbnails from concept to publication
• Translating technical topics into accessible and engaging content
• Supporting weekly video production including research, scripting, and post-production
• Editing videos and shorts and designing graphics
• Managing community interactions and fostering engagement
• Monitoring trends and competitors to develop new formats
• Analyzing channel statistics to drive improvements
