Social Media & Marketing Manager

About the role

The Social Media & Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing activities for the corporate group, managing social media channels and websites to showcase projects and daily operations. This role involves creating authentic content, including photography and videography, directly from construction sites and company locations. The successful candidate will have significant creative freedom to develop and implement diverse marketing and advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop social media channels for the entire corporate group
• Plan, create, and publish posts, stories, and reels
• Maintain and update company websites
• Plan and execute online marketing and recruiting campaigns
• Produce photo and video material on construction sites and at company events
• Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and advertisements
• Coordinate with external service providers and printing agencies
