Supply Chain Manager

About the role

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the operational replenishment of your product area to ensure delivery reliability. You will focus on proactive planning and managing supply chain processes to support the energy transition. The role involves daily order routines, supplier communication, and managing availability risks.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily and weekly order routines, including order placement, confirmation control, and deadline tracking.
• Monitor order ranges and provide early warnings for availability and bottleneck risks.
• Handle operational supplier communication regarding schedules, quantities, and complaint preparation.
• Execute structured escalation processes with manufacturers and develop allocation proposals.
• Coordinate deliveries with logistics and warehouse management.
• Maintain data-driven workflows using procurement and analysis tools and ensure accurate documentation.
