Data Center - Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Nebius is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee the procurement of server and GPU infrastructure for global data center operations. The role involves managing end-to-end procurement processes, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring operational continuity through proactive stock planning. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure requirements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end procurement of server and GPU infrastructure for new data center builds
• Negotiating directly with OEM/ODM vendors
• Creating dashboards and report on existing tasks to ensure all tasks are done in a timely manner within the deadline
• Managing cost optimization, supply constraints, and vendor escalations
• Coordinating closely with engineering, logistics, finance, and operations team
• Maintenance Procurement: supporting global data centers after go-live, ensuring zero-disruption operations through proactive stock planning, coordinating urgent procurement
