About the role

FCF Fox Corporate Finance offers a fully integrated internship where you will work as an active team member within their investment banking division. You will receive professional training through a mentoring program and contribute directly to mandates and transactions. The role involves supporting corporate finance processes, conducting research, and interacting with clients and investors.

Responsibilities

• Erstellung von Unternehmensbewertungen, Finanzmodellen und Investmentanalysen (u.a. Trading- und Transaction Comparables, DCF)
• Ausarbeitung von Informationsmemoranden und Unternehmenspräsentationen sowie Betreuung von Datenräumen
• Eigenständiger Research und Erstellung von Studien zu Unternehmen, Sektoren und Spezialthemen
• Mitarbeit bei allen Investmentbanking Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der übergeordneten, längeren und komplexen Transaktionsprozesse
• Interaktion (Conference Calls, Meetings, Workshops) mit Kunden/Unternehmen und Investoren/Käufern sowie anderen Beratern

Qualifications

• Bachelorstudium ab 3. Semester in Finance, Economics, Accounting oder Business Administration
• Praktika-Erfahrung bei Blue Chip/Top Namen in Banking, Corporate Finance, Venture Capital, Private Equity oder M&A
