Partnership Manager - Healthcare

About the role

7Mind is seeking a Partnership Manager to expand our healthcare business and cultivate strategic relationships within the GKV and PKV sectors. You will work across the 7NXT Health Group portfolio, including Gymondo, to translate partner needs and market trends into product development opportunities. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships and integrating healthcare market insights into our service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new partnerships within the GKV and PKV markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and multipliers in the healthcare sector.
• Manage and strategically develop existing partnerships.
• Leverage the 7NXT portfolio to create cross-brand solutions.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to inform business and product development.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate partner requirements into product improvements.

Qualifications
