Customer & Development Operations

About the role

You will work directly with the founders to build a new operations function from the ground up. This role involves staying close to the customer base to identify projects moving toward deployment and ensuring the Furo platform effectively supports the next stage of product growth.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable processes and automated workflows to support commercial operations
• Manage a large customer portfolio while maintaining structured data systems
• Collaborate with founders to define and implement new operational functions
• Engage directly with customers and partners to build relationships and drive project success
• Monitor and analyze user stats and platform analytics to inform commercial decisions

Qualifications
