Sr. Social Media Manager

About the role

Luxury Presence is seeking a strategic owner to lead their social media presence and transform it into a reliable growth channel. You will define the strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Reddit, ensuring social activity directly contributes to business pipeline and brand growth. This role involves close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and manage community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and publish a documented social strategy including channel priorities, content pillars, and voice guidelines.
• Own a quarterly social-sourced pipeline target and develop reporting to track business results.
• Grow share of voice through follower growth, reach, and impressions on flagship content.
• Manage community health including engagement rates, response times, and sentiment analysis.
• Coordinate with other marketing functions to support newsletter, video, and webinar distribution goals.
• Make real-time judgment calls on social platforms to protect and enhance the brand.
