Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead large-scale IT projects with societal relevance, working within interdisciplinary teams to translate client requirements into digital solutions. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle, acting as a Product Owner in agile setups, and providing strategic consulting to clients on digital transformation. The position also includes mentoring colleagues and contributing to the development of the company's project management methodology.

Responsibilities

• Realize large-scale IT projects using agile, traditional, or hybrid methodologies.
• Translate client requirements into IT solutions and processes while acting as a Product Owner in agile setups.
• Manage interdisciplinary project teams and stakeholder interfaces.
• Facilitate client workshops and develop strategies for efficient digital implementation.
• Identify optimization potential in internal and external collaboration and drive change processes.
• Further develop the project management toolset and provide professional guidance to team members.
