Growth Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketer to own self-serve growth for Reception.ai, our conversational agents product designed for small and medium-sized businesses. You will play a key role in building and scaling primary growth channels, including paid digital campaigns, influencer partnerships, SEO, and viral launches. As a data-driven team member, you will analyze acquisition channels and user behavior to drive activation, conversion, and retention while contributing to the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale primary growth channels including paid digital campaigns, influencer and creator partnerships, SEO, and viral launches.
• Analyze acquisition channels and user data to understand drivers of activation, conversion, and retention in the SMB segment.
• Collaborate on the product roadmap to improve self-serve funnels including signup, onboarding, and conversion to paid.
• Execute rapid experimentation to optimize growth strategies for SMB or prosumer products.
