About the role
Reform UK is seeking a Data & Analytics Lead to build an organisation-wide data and insight function from their Westminster headquarters. The role involves integrating disparate data sources across performance, membership, and campaigns to create a coherent decision-making system. The successful candidate will design the data stack, establish reporting standards, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build the organisation-wide data and insight function
- Map major data sources, owners, and reporting needs to identify gaps and fragmentation
- Design and implement a practical data stack integrating digital, membership, and campaign systems
- Create intuitive dashboards and scorecards for senior leadership and operational teams
- Establish a disciplined test-and-learn framework to systematically improve organisational performance
- Ensure data governance compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act
