Senior Data Governance / Data Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a specialist to help build and operationalize core data management capabilities within a data transformation project for an insurance company. The role focuses on data governance, data architecture, master data management, and data quality management. You will be responsible for establishing sustainable structures, processes, and artifacts while driving the organization forward along a defined roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Build and operationalize data governance, MDM, and DQM
• Develop target architectures, governance structures, and role models
• Define and implement governance processes and architecture models
• Develop MDM domain models and data quality rule sets
• Establish KPI, monitoring, and reporting approaches
• Support tooling and setup decisions
• Execute pilot projects and ensure transition to operations
• Assist with data protection-compliant deletion and enable internal teams
