Enterprise Account Executive II - DACH

About the role

Camunda is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive II to join the sales team and manage a book of public sector enterprise accounts in the DACH region. The role involves owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close, while partnering with sales engineering and customer success to drive adoption. You will navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments and help public sector organizations digitize and automate their business processes.

Responsibilities

• Build a territory plan that identifies land opportunities and expand possibilities.
• Build account plans that identify whitespace, map stakeholders, and set a realistic path to close.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees, including technical, business, and economic buyers.
• Own and execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation and close.
• Partner with sales engineering and customer success to build technical credibility and ensure a smooth handoff.
• Represent Camunda's value to business and technical buyers.
• Handle tender processes with precision, observe pipeline health, and manage forecast with accuracy.
