Head of Content

About the role

RealStudio is seeking a Head of Content to lead and scale their content production and strategy. The role involves managing a creative team, developing scalable processes, and working directly with the founder to drive growth in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Aufbau, Führung und Skalierung unseres Content-Teams
• Verantwortung für die gesamte Content-Pipeline von der Idee bis zur Ausspielung
• Sicherstellung einer exzellenten Kundenbetreuung und Schnittstellenfunktion
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung skalierbarer Content-Prozesse, Playbooks und Qualitätsstandards
• Ownership über Kundenzufriedenheit, Retention und Upselling-Potenziale
• Recruiting, Onboarding und Coaching neuer Teammitglieder
• Analyse der Content-KPIs und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Performance
• Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit dem Founder an der Wachstumsstrategie

Qualifications
