About the role

Almedia is seeking a Founding Engineer to work directly with leadership on high-impact, zero-to-one projects. The role involves taking full ownership of product development from idea to production in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will build core features and shape the future of the company's marketing platform.

Responsibilities

• Build core product features end-to-end from idea to production.
• Take full ownership of projects including scope, architecture, implementation, and rollout.
• Execute on critical initiatives such as SDK, network, and new product bets.
• Ship high-quality, testable code at high speed.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape future product development.
• Utilize AI tools as part of the everyday development toolkit.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a senior-level engineer in product teams
• Proven zero-to-one experience in an early-stage startup or similar role
