About the role

The FP&A Analyst will own management reporting and assist the Finance Director in steering the company's P&L and cash performance. This role focuses on improving financial data reliability, building scalable processes, and utilizing automation to support the company's growth. You will partner with budget owners and stakeholders to provide actionable insights and clear financial tracking.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management reporting, track KPIs and build dashboards with the Finance Director.
• Improve analytical accounting and reconcile accounting and management data with the Accounting Manager.
• Support budgeting and reforecasting, analyse variances and anticipate landing scenarios.
• Partner with budget owners through monthly reviews and provide simple tracking tools.
• Monitor workforce costs, headcount, cash, burn and runway.
• Automate and document recurring Finance tasks and processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, engineering, finance or management control
• 3 to 4 years of experience in management control or FP&A
