Supply Chain Manager

About the role

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the operational replenishment of your product area, ensuring delivery reliability. You will focus on proactive planning and managing supply chain processes to support the energy transition. This role involves daily order routines, supplier communication, and managing availability risks.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily and weekly order routines, including order placement, confirmation control, and deadline tracking.
• Monitor order ranges and provide early warnings for availability and bottleneck risks.
• Conduct operational supplier communication regarding schedules, quantities, and complaint preparation.
• Execute structured escalation to manufacturers and develop allocation proposals in collaboration with strategic purchasing.
• Coordinate deliveries with logistics and warehouse management, including handling partial and under-deliveries.
• Utilize procurement and analysis tools for data-driven work and maintain accurate documentation and ticket records.
