Director Product

About the role

The Director Product is responsible for the entire product lifecycle across all SNOCKS Group brands, from initial concept through sourcing and production to warehouse delivery. This role involves setting strategic direction, leading product development and supply chain teams, and maintaining hands-on involvement in supplier negotiations. You will act as a key interface across departments to ensure scalable processes and successful product launches.

Responsibilities

• Develop product and assortment strategies in collaboration with leadership.
• Steer the development of new products and manage launch processes.
• Manage supplier landscapes, particularly in China and Pakistan, and negotiate terms.
• Oversee a stable and efficient supply chain from order to delivery.
• Lead and develop teams across product development, supply chain, quality management, and ESG.
• Build scalable structures and workflows for the product division.
