About the role

ActAI is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence to work directly with founders and senior leadership on high-priority initiatives. This role is designed for a highly capable generalist who will drive projects across hiring, market expansion, partnerships, operations, and growth. The successful candidate will turn ideas into execution and create meaningful impact from day one.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority projects across hiring, operations, growth, and market expansion.
• Build relationships with candidates, recruiters, universities, communities, and external partners.
• Support new market launches and expansion initiatives.
• Identify opportunities and solve operational challenges.
• Represent ActAI at events, communities, and external engagements.
• Work closely with founders on strategic initiatives.
• Take ownership of projects from concept through execution.
