About the role

As a Founder's Associate, you will work closely with the founding team to help build a fintech startup from the ground up. You will gain hands-on experience across various business functions, including strategy, product development, and fundraising. This role is designed for individuals seeking a steep learning curve and high levels of responsibility in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute 0 to 1 projects across the company, taking ownership of new initiatives.
• Shape and implement growth and go-to-market strategies, including marketing and sales efforts.
• Act as a bridge between market insights, product requirements, and the technical roadmap.
• Assist in preparing for fundraising rounds and investor communications.
• Manage special projects such as tool development, event planning, and company representation at industry events.
